EVENTS AND DESIGN
The ballroom of the Four Seasons Bosphorus.
In creating a decor centre-piece for the centre of the room, I was inspired by 1970s chandeliers and the shiny plastic materials of period. The chandelier was hung from the lighting truss so it appeared to be balancing on its very small base.
Younger guests sat in the central lounge area, with older guests seated at the raised sides.
The chandelier's lights moved in line with the music and created a glamorous 'retro' ambiance.
Spring blooms in mosaic vases added height and movement to the edges of the room.
Older guests sat at long tables on either side of the dance floor. Huge 3.5m high mirrors that lit up in time with the music ensured that guests had views of the dance floor from wherever they sat.

'Garden of Paradise' wedding
This fantastic couple are Turkish-born but based between Miami and New York where they take a keen interest in the arts, culture and design.
When they came to us, we felt an immediate rapport and did our best over the ensuing months to create a wedding decor that captured the glamour, elegance and romance of their relationship.
